The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a Business Faculty and BAS Program Coordinator to support the launch and ongoing development of CWI’s Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Business Administration program.

Develop and maintain inclusive, student-centered teaching strategies tailored to BAS students.
Impactful Work in Higher Education:
Support the launch and ongoing development of CWI’s Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Business Administration program.
Collaborative & Growth-Oriented Environment:
Engage with college stakeholders, business office staff, and grant administrators to drive program excellence.

Program Coordination & Leadership

Lead the BAS in Business Administration program, ensuring growth, sustainability, and accreditation readiness.

Prepare the BAS program for accreditation, including developing program metrics, overseeing compliance with accrediting standards, and managing self-studies and site visits.

Ability to adapt to various teaching methodologies, including lectures, group activities, online learning, and instructional technology.

Proficiency in using internet applications, email, and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
