This is a part-time, in-person position requiring travel between CWI locations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Execute Strategic Outreach & Engagement Initiatives

  • Assist in planning and delivering outreach events, workshops, and presentations.
  • Represent the Learning Commons at campus-wide events and engagement activities.
  • Support initiatives that increase student awareness and utilization of services.

Enhance Visibility Through Marketing & Promotion

  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and outreach campaigns.
  • Identify creative strategies to increase engagement with Learning Commons services.
  • Help ensure consistent messaging across Library, Tutoring, and Writing & AI Literacy services.

Assess & Strengthen Outreach Effectiveness

  • Gather and track outreach data to evaluate engagement efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve future programming.
  • Support continuous improvement of outreach strategies based on student needs.

Foster Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with staff across the Library, Tutoring Services, and Writing & AI Literacy Center to align goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to support shared objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive, student-centered team environment.

What We're Looking For:

*Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Experience in event planning and community engagement.
*Ability to work 19.5 hours per week.
