Help Students and Employers Get Started as a Workforce Development Enrollment Specialist at CWI!
Are you detail‑oriented, organized, and passionate about helping people navigate educational opportunities? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a Workforce Development Enrollment Specialist to guide students and employer partners through the enrollment process while ensuring accurate, timely processing of all required documentation.
This role is an excellent entry point into higher education and offers the opportunity to build administrative and student‑service experience in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment that supports Idaho’s workforce needs.

Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
