Position Summary:
The Temporary One Stop Specialist position is responsible for managing, reviewing, and processing all incoming documents related to the admissions process. This role ensures that all required materials are accurately processed and entered into the student information system in a timely manner, supporting the institution's mission to provide an efficient and student-centered admissions experience.
The Specialist position is an excellent beginning to a career in higher education. While prior educational experience is a plus, possessing prior experience in a professional office environment and a sound administrative background is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:
• Provides admissions and general information to current and prospective
students, as well as the general public.
• Responsible for accurate and efficient document processing, review and auditing.
• Track missing or incomplete documents and follow up with applicants as needed.
• Input data from admissions documents into the student information system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to organize resources and establish priorities.
• Some early evening hours may be required
• Modest local travel between campus locations may be required
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Conveys by word and action the values expected by CWI.
Minimum Qualifications:
• College level coursework. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or
university preferred.
• One year of professional experience working with students in a postsecondary setting or
three years working in an office environment. Three years of professional experience
working with students in a postsecondary setting or five years working in an office
environment preferred
• Computer skills with knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
ImageNow and Colleague Databases;
• Familiar with a unified ERP system preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, MS Access, FTP or import processes preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
