Are you an experienced nursing educator with a passion for program development and student success? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a Program Lead for our Bachelor’s of Nursing Program. This 11-month faculty position offers the opportunity to shape nursing education, lead accreditation efforts, and mentor faculty while maintaining an adjusted teaching load.

5-8 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in organizational and operational effectiveness, including program management, student recruitment, and retention

Experience in program planning, implementation, personnel management, budget oversight, and program evaluation

Adaptability to various teaching methodologies, including lectures, group activities, individualized instruction, distance learning, and technology-based education

Proficiency in internet-based systems, email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software applications
