Title IV Compliance Director
Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for ensuring regulatory adherence and student success? Our institution is seeking a Title IV Compliance Director to join our team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape financial aid administration, lead compliance efforts, and mentor faculty and staff while maintaining a collaborative environment.

The Title IV Compliance Director, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Financial Aid. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategies to ensure our institution's adherence to all relevant federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies related to federal student aid. You will manage compliance in the administration of financial aid, develop and execute compliance strategies, and provide guidance to faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Collaborate with the Executive Director of Financial Aid to develop, review, and update policies and procedures related to financial aid administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Coordinate documentation and reports for audits, including Student Financial Aid audits, Department of Defense audits, and Department of Education program reviews. Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to audit findings, working with campus stakeholders.

Develop, implement, and maintain an effective compliance program to detect, prevent, and resolve issues related to federal and state regulations concerning student financial aid.

Oversee cross-functional regulations, including Consumer Information, Gainful Employment, and NC-SARA reporting and disclosures.

Reconcile federal, state, and institutional scholarship, grant, loan, and work-study funding.

Provide training to campus stakeholders (faculty, staff, and administrators) to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements, procedures, and best practices.

Proven experience in managing people, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
