Student-Focused Financial Aid Support: 

• Assist students in person, by phone, and via email with questions about aid eligibility, applications, disbursements, and refunds 

• Guide students through documentation requirements and help schedule appointments with Financial Aid Officers 

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with institutional and federal regulations 

Impactful Work in Higher Education: 

• Help students access the financial resources they need to succeed 

• Support the financial aid process from inquiry to documentation 

• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and student-centered environment 

Collaborative & Growth-Oriented Environment: 

• Work closely with Enrollment and Student Services teams 

• Participate in training and development opportunities 

• Gain valuable experience in higher education operations 

Key Responsibilities: 

Student Support & Communication 

• Provide accurate information about financial aid eligibility and application processes 

• Respond to inquiries and help students navigate aid documentation 

• Schedule appointments and escalate complex issues to senior staff 

Administrative & Data Management 

• Perform data entry, record maintenance, and report generation 

• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies 

• Support short- and long-term departmental goals 

Team Collaboration & Outreach 

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and training 

• Represent CWI values through professional and courteous service 

• Travel between campus locations and work occasional evening hours as needed 

What We’re Looking For: 

• One year of professional experience working with students in a postsecondary setting, or three years in an office environment (preferred) 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

• Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal, and written communication skills 

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
