Are you passionate about helping students succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a One Stop Representative for Financial Aid to provide front-line support to students and families navigating the financial aid process.
As Idaho’s youngest and fastest-growing community college, CWI serves over 18,000 students with a mission to transform lives through education. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students seeking financial aid assistance—making a direct impact on their educational journey.

Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
