Strategic Research & Reporting Leadership: 

• Conduct independent research and data analysis using ERP systems and external sources 

• Develop and optimize data models to support student success and institutional reporting 

• Deliver insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements 

Impactful Work in Higher Education: 

• Generate federal and state regulatory reports, including Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Perkins 

• Provide recommendations based on data trends and predictive analytics 

• Support survey development and market research initiatives 

Collaborative & Technology-Driven Environment: 

• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to coordinate research efforts 

• Provide training and technical support for reporting tools and solutions 

• Ensure data governance compliance and promote data-informed decision-making 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Analysis & Reporting 

• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP and external sources 

• Present findings in clear, visual, and written formats 

• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external audiences 

Predictive Analytics & Research 

• Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends 

• Support survey development and market research using various platforms 

• Recommend strategic improvements based on findings 

Collaboration & Support 

• Coordinate with departments to align reporting with institutional goals 

• Provide training and support for BI tools and reporting systems 

• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience 

• 2–3 years of experience using BI tools such as SAP Web Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI, Power Pivot, or advanced Excel and SQL 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data 

• Experience querying data warehouses using SQL (preferred) 

• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including data presentation 

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
