Lead Workforce Development Enrollment Operations as an Assistant Director at CWI!
The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an Assistant Director of Workforce Development Enrollment & Operations to lead the day‑to‑day enrollment operations supporting Workforce Development (WD) and Employer Partnerships. This role provides operational leadership across systems, processes, and people to ensure student‑centered, efficient, and scalable enrollment services aligned with institutional and workforce priorities.
As a key operational partner to the Director of Operations and Assistant Vice President (AVP), this position translates divisional strategy into effective execution—driving continuous improvement, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery for students, employers, and internal partners.
Workforce Development plays a critical role in supporting Idaho’s employers and learners through customized training and career‑focused education. In this role, you’ll help shape how students and employer partners experience enrollment services—building streamlined systems, developing high‑performing teams, and ensuring operations are responsive, accurate, and scalable as programs grow.

Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
